Vin Chicago: 93 Points
(6/2025) A blend of 65% Pinot Noir, 32% Chardonnay, 3% Meunier, this barrel aged, 100% first press juice Champagne was bottled in 2020 and disgorged in January of 2024. Finished with 8 g/l, this bubbly is leesy, with baked orchard, nut butter, biscuit, tart lemon, honey and a creamy, fresh, taut finish. And our price is crazy!

(12/15/2024) Chiseled acidity is swathed in a fine, satiny mousse in this elegant Champagne, forming a vibrant springboard for flavors of ripe black currant, dried white cherry, lemon-infused pastry cream, Marcona almond and crystallized honey. Long and chalky on the refreshing finish. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. Disgorged January 2024. Drink now through 2029. 10,000 cases made, 1,500 cases imported.
