(9/2026) Soave's most iconic grower doesn't miss, even admist viticultural pressure, and the ripe yet rainy 2025 vintage was no problem for this 4th generation powerhouse. From a certified-organicac blend of 30-to-60 year old vines of Garganega (70%) and Trebbiano (30%) footed in the famous volcanic terroir of Soave. Fermentation occurs in glass-lined concrete tanks called 'tulipes' where the wine also ages on its fine lees for 12-15 months with battonage. A light white that's fresh but never 'stings', it abounds with sliced yellow apple, jasmine, yellow florals, peach, pineapple essence, bitter almond and a dusty perfume of crushed stone. Lovely.
