Please join us on Thursday, November 12th, as we welcome Tuscan winemaker Piero Lanza for a very special dinner at Disotto in Highwood featuring the latest releases from his estate, Fattoria Poggerino in Chianti Classico's commune of Radda.
The evening will kick off at 6:30pm with a welcome reception featuring Piero's sparkling Rosé of Sangiovese, followed by a four-course dinner paired with five exceptional wines. Piero will share his insights about the wine, the history of Poggerino, and the current landscape of farming and producing organic and biodynamic wines in the heart of Chianti Classico.
