(6/2026) Fabulously, unashamedly Nebbiolo in bearing, the 2025 Rosa del Rosa is loaded with varietal character. Rose petal, lavender, ginger, cherry pit and bitter spices unfurl in a deep, dark, powerful Rosé. Nebbiolo tannins and saline acids make themselves felt from the jump. This is a very serious wine that would benefit from a decant, or even a year in the cellar to allow the structure to soften a touch. Either way, it’s a wine for the dinner table.
