Winemaker's Notes

The wine opens with inviting aromas of ripe citrus, white peach, and subtle floral notes, layered with hints of baking spice and toasted hazelnut. On the palate, vibrant acidity frames a generous texture, creating a harmonious balance between freshness and richness. Aging in French oak, including 15% new barrels, adds complexity and structure while allowing the vineyard’s distinctive mineral character to shine through.
