(10/2026) This 50 - 50 blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc is made from fruit grown near the town of Oslavia, hence the name. The wine sees around 3 months of skin contact followed by aging on the lees in large Slavonia Oak casks for 3 to 4 years. This complex orange wine has notes of green pear, dried apricot, orange blossom with a pronounced nuttiness and volatile acidity on the finish.
