What We Think

Vin Chicago: 91+ Points

(10/2026) This is a brand new project from Ivana Radikon (Sasa's sister), and we were VERY impressed with this wine! This blend of Friulano, Malvasia, and Ribolla is made entirely with fruit from Radikon's Slovenian vineyards and sees just 2 days of maceration followed by 10 months of aging in stainless steel. Notes of tart green apple and pear 'pop' from the glass, with just a touch of grip on the saline finish.
