What We Think

Vin Chicago: 92 Points

(10/2026) The juice for this wine macerates for around 3 months prior to 3 to 4 years of aging in large Slavonian Oak casks, followed by several years of aging in bottle. There's plenty of grip on the finish of this wine, along with the typical volatile acidity. It's impossible to list all the aromas that come out of this complex wine, but we found plenty of yellow orchard fruit, dried apricot, citrus pith, and toasted nuts.
