(10/2026) This Pinot Grigio bottling was dubbed 'Sivi' in the 2016 vintage; it means 'grey' in Slovenian and is in reference to the grayish-pink color of the grape's skin. The grapes are destemmed, crushed and co-fermented with natural yeasts in oak vats with no temperature control and no sulfur. Maceration lasts for 10-14 days. This is an excellent introduction to Radikon's skin-contact wines. Notes of strawberries, tart cherries, and a touch of balsamic linger on the long finish
