(10/2026) Slatnik, a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Friulano, is named after a nearby village.The grapes are destemmed, crushed and co-fermented with natural yeasts in oak vats with no temperature control and no sulfur. Maceration lasts for 10-14 days. This is a minerally, saline wine with citrusy notes of lemon, grapefruit, and orange blossom along with mountain herbs.
