Spicy, vegetal, and one of the cleanest distillates on the market today. Dry in style and laser-focused on celebrating juniper, this elegant, gin-drinker's gin is perfect for Martinis and Gin & Tonics. Distilled from 100% organic, estate-grown Mulan winter wheat, triple-distilled in a Christian Carl copper pot still. Composed of 27 botanicals sourced from 14 countries including juniper, lemon peel, orange peel, angelica root, coriander seed, turmeric, cardamom, cinnamon, licorice root, and hops are incorporated via maceration between the second and third distillation. Bold juniper immediately greets the nose with Mediterranean spice along with lime zest, green cardamom, and sweet licorice root; an incredibly pleasant palate of juniper and citrus with a round mouthfeel and faint note of cream brought on by the Mulan winter wheat.
