(6/2026) Simply put, this wine is gorgeous. The previous vintage garnered 93 and 94 points from Wine Advocate and Jeb Dunnuck. This 2023 release may be even better. Coming from the north slope of Eden Rift Vineyard, it has that wonderful cool-climate Pinot Noir character that we all love. Aromas of blue and red berries, fresh herbs, fresh flowers, and baking spices lead the way. All of this carries over to the palate, with flavors of blueberry, raspberry, cherry, cranberry, herbs de Provence, cinnamon, and a burst of minerality on the finish. Plush and structured, with the unique microclimate adding acidity and a single new oak barrique (out of five total French barrels) perfectly balancing playfulness and seriousness.
