(6/2026) Wow! $33 at the winery, this former 'restaurant-only' allocated wine is trickling into retail, and we welcome it! From six estate vineyards and a few select growers, it's 75% barrel fermented and further aged in French oak for a year. The combination of complex, exotic and spicy notes are well-balanced by energy. Intensity is high throughout with notes of nutmeg spiced golden apple, mango essence, pineapple, lemon curd, poached pear, white florals and marzipan. Yummy and classic!
