(7/9/2022) Dried herbs, tobacco, graphite, and both red and black fruit emerge from the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Jack's Vineyard, a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon that's medium to full-bodied, has terrific ripeness, present tannins, and the fresher, focused, balanced style of the vintage. It's going to evolve nicely for 15 years if properly stored.
