(10/2026) Tenuta di Valgiano's latest release of 'Mazzapink' is a very fun and approachable style of Tuscan red. Sangiovese is blended with a little Merlot and hits with delicious red and black fruit. Notes of strawberry, raspberry, blackberry and some peppery spice are quickly revealed in this medium bodied red with fresh acidity and light tannins. Juicy and fresh, but with a backbone, this can pair very nicely with pizza, roast pork, or a selection of cheese and salami.
