What Critics Think
Vinous - Neal Martin : 90-92 Points
(11/2023) The 2022 Savigny-lès-Beaune Blanc Clos de Village, which contains around 30% complanté Pinot Blanc in the vineyard, has a delightful bouquet with lemon curd and vanilla pod, an underlying mineralité developing with time. The palate is well-balanced with a peachy opening and generous with veins of apricot towards the creamy-textured finish. Delicious. Drinking Window: 2025 - 2036.
Burghound : 87-89 Points
(6/10/2024) The pinot blanc in the blend is in evidence as there is a touch of exoticism in the form of melon and pear compote. The fleshy, round and generous medium weight flavors tighten up somewhat on the clean, crunchy and nicely dry finale where a bead of minerality adds a sense of lift. Even so, this is destined to be enjoyed young. Drink: 2025+.
