Winemaker's Notes

2.25 hectares of vines planted between 1920 and 1945. These plots are located at the top of the Moulin à Vent hill, about 50 meters from the mill itself, where there are outcrops of pink granite. This terroir is unique in that there is a cool northerly wind here which, when combined with the granite soil, gives lovely freshness to the wine.
