(8/2026) From a 15-acre site in River Road Ranch vineyard, sandy loam soils hold Pinot plantings predominantly from 1998-2001. This is a bottled rendition of why RRV Pinot Noir is one of the most comforting red wines in the whole of winedom. Appropriately pale in color but immediate, it's gushing with fruit, but no hard edges. Pumped up with alluring spice and cola tones — but without excesses, it's the riper-side of Pinot Noir that you can be proud to drink - and functions with or without cuisine. Red Blends look out, Pinot Noir at this price is taking back its rightful place! Our price on this estate bottling is silly, $46 at the winery!
