(11/30/2018) The 2017 Ribbon Ridge Dry Riesling has a delicate nose of wet stone, lime zest, lemon pith, white peach and white apricot. Light to medium-bodied and dry in the mouth, it gives plenty of white stone fruit flavor and citrus blossom accents, with wicked acidity and a long, citrusy finish buzzing with energy. 545 cases produced. Drink Date 2018 - 2021.
