(3/11/2024) Ribbon Ridge is the warmest of Trisaetum’s three sites, leading to overflowing ripe apricot, nectarine, and lime citrus: ginger spice, dusty chalk and petrol. Salinity echoes the marine sediment of the dry-farmed vineyard. The texture is found through whole cluster pressing and ageing in neutral oak and concrete. One of nine Riesling bottlings offered by Trisaetum, the Ribbon Ridge Estate Dry Riesling is a beautifully balanced wine. Drinking Window: 2024 - 2042.
