(6/2026) Here is a really fresh and tasty sparkler made of made of 100% Pinot Noir from the Manchester Ridge Vineyard in Mendocino. Really nice floral aromatics along with red fruits and even citrus notes. This purity and freshness is maintained from using the Charmant method where the secondary fermentation takes place in tank rather than bottle. Enjoy this crisp and dry sparkling wine as an aperitif or partner with ceviche, grilled fish or fried chicken.
