(6/2026) The 2025 Montepulciano d'Abruzzo opens with crushed black cherry, sage, cedary spice and an edgy balsamic note. Sweet lavender tones enhance radiant red and blue fruits. Structured yet lively and energetic, the 2025 leaves a tart blackberry twang and hints of licorice to fade slowly. As usual, Valle Reale packs a lot of complexity and value into their Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. Drinking Window: 2027 - 2031.
