(7/18/2022) A rose Champagne for red-wine drinkers, thanks to all the red-berry and earthy character, plus some rather serious tannins. The long finish is carried by a positive hint of bitterness. Pinot noir dominates the blend, of which 14% was red wine made specifically for this product. Drink or hold.

(9/30/2022) Restrained, focused, elegant. A fragrant depth of red fruit and a suave, slightly creamy texture that reflects its long lees ageing, and it's supported by zesty acidity that carries the flavours on the finish. Drinking window: 2022 - 2037.
