(10/2026) Fresh, uncomplicated and full of charm - this organic and biodynamically farmed sparkler is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir. Primary fermentation occurs in large fuder barrels, aged in neutral barriques and then finally "sparkled" via the Charmat method. A clean, light-bodied bubbly that's super fresh with notes of red apple, white cherry, lemon peel and chalk. For sushi and fried starters!
