(8/17/2026) The 2024 Pinot Noir Terrarossa Vineyard is a youthful red that was field-grafted onto suitcase selections. It is more red-fruited and a bit shy at this stage, offering delicate roses, rosemary, cinnamon, white smoke, and beautifully layered aromatics. Medium-bodied, it floats across the palate with incredible focus, purity, refreshing acidity, and vibrant raspberry fruit. I love this one.

(8/2026) Displaying a luminous medium ruby-purple core with a soft pink rim, the inaugural 2024 White Walnut Terra Rosa Vineyard Pinot Noir from Dundee Hills opens with expressive aromas of bright strawberry, mountain huckleberry, and crushed violet flower. Savory accents of dried sage and white pepper emerge alongside the primary fruit, adding immediate aromatic complexity. Medium-to-full-bodied on the palate, its generous frame is defined by moderate-plus acidity and smooth tannins that usher a delicate rose note across the back palate. An extended finish underscores the pristine balance and promise of this debut release. Editor’s choice. Drink 2026 - 2036.

(7/6/2026) An interesting wine that balances opulent and flavorful red and black fruit with rich sanguine, umami-like characteristics. Luscious and mouthfilling, full-bodied for a pinot noir yet balanced with abundant, mouthwatering acidity and framed with finely resolved tannins. That mineral-rich umami comes through in the long finish. Powerful and brings you back to the glass. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold.
