Vin Chicago: 92+ Points

(8/2026) From a few select biodynamically farmed vineyards in Oregon's Willamette Valley comes this equisite sparkling wine that rivals those from Champagne. A blend of 62% Chardonnay and 38% Pinot Noir was aged in barrel for 8 months prior to secondary fermentation and aging in the bottle for an additional 24 months. Look for a blend orf orchard fruits with subtle tropical notes, citrus, a saline minerality, toast points, rich mouthfeel and long finish. Delicious! Only 225cs were produced.
