88 Wine Advocate (9/2/2018) "D'Arenberg's 2016 The Stump Jump Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre is a substantial step above the 2015 version. It's still characterized by red fruit and accents of tar and olive, but it's less tart and shrill, with a medium to full-bodied palate and more richness and texture. The cherries and raspberries linger in tea-like notes on the finish. As usual, it's a terrific value. Drink Date: 2018 - 2022."
90 Wine Enthusiast (4/1/2019) "Ripe plums and red berries are followed by licorice, flowers and tarmac aromas. The palate is plump and rich, with a vice-like grip of savory, woody, tight-grained tannins, lifted acidity and crunchy red fruit. Still finding its feet, this this could use a few more years in bottle. Drink 2020-2030."
88 Wine Spectator (12/31/2018) "Tangy berry and cherry flavors are juicy and crisp on a firm frame, with accents of toasted herb and cedar. Details of chai tea linger on the finish, where a fresh, loamy earth note picks up. Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre. Drink now through 2028."

Our store is on Old Skokie Road which is the frontage road on the west side of Rt. 41. We are 400 yards south of Deerfield Rd/Central Avenue. If you know where Williams Ski & Patio or Rick's Auto Body are located, we're on the same street; just about a few hundred yards to the south. If you are not familiar with the area, best to use GPS or some online directions because our store is a bit tricky to find!
