"Novellum" is an incredibly fun project from Eric Solomon & Jean-Marc Lafage and a certified Vin Chicago all-star. This 100% Chardonnay is made in a style that is enjoyed by all, showing notes of peach, apricot, citrus, salinity, and minerality. 70% of the wine is aged on Viognier lees, with the rest in French oak. All this innovative and thoughtful winemaking yields an inviting texture and perfect mouthfeel. Like all other great French Chardonnay, it pairs well with a myriad of different dishes, specifically chicken and sea fare. This wine is an absolute steal at our price!
