2024 Suavia Soave Classico

This is the quintessential Italian summer white. The soft and crisp texture, the light weight, and the lively balance come together in a symphony of goodness.
Bosc pear, nectarine and a hint of fresh thyme followed by a refreshingly chalky minerality on the finish make for a mouthwatering wine that is a perfect combination of sophistication and simplicity. 2023 Suavia "Monte Carbonare" Soave Classico

With the 2023 vintage of this premium bottling, the Tessari sisters continue their streak of excellence. Vital, fresh and invigorating, we absolutely adore it!
From the volcanic soiled Monte Carbonare vineyard, this single-parcel Garganega was aged on the lees for a full 12 months in stainless steel. Starting out with the refreshing citrus, pear, and green apple notes of the Soave Classico, it adds additional layers of savoriness, smoke, and minerality. The result is an alluring vinous experience.
“A complex wine with a mix of ripe and fresh character. The nose shows apricots, lime peel, melon and smoky minerality. Very citrusy on the palate, medium-bodied and vibrant, with tingling acidity and a tense, savory finish. Long and tight yet precise. Drink or hold."

“The 2023 Soave Classico Monte Carbonare tempts the senses with a bouquet of flint stones and white smoke, complicating freshly sliced nectarines and hints of rosemary. It is soothingly round with a balanced inner sweetness offset by saline mineral tones as a gorgeous mix of ripe apple and sour lime plays a game of contrasts on the palate. This finishes with excellent length and clarity, leaving nuances of candied citrus and sweet sage to linger. Suavia captured the saline intensity of the vintage and matched it to a vivid core of ripe fruit. Well done. Drinking Window: 2025 - 2030."
