Sourced from five prized vineyards scattered among California's Central Coast AVA, this small 236 case production white is bursting with fresh citrus fruits, green pear, a whiff of fresh herbs and a lovely streak of minerality that adds both complexity and refreshment. Perfect to enjoy on its own, it will also pair nicely with fresh salads and seafood inspired dishes.
