Winemaker's Notes

Beauty isn't only skin deep, but flavor might be - we know that 85 percent of the flavor you get from a wine comes from the outside 15 percent of the grape. That's why we select, grow and harvest grapes based on the quality of their skins. We have a mix of vineyards for white grapes that we destem and ferment on these special skins, resulting in a beautiful showcase of all the delicate flavors of white wine, but with more subatsance and texture. It's best to enjoy with a light chill alongside an infinite number of pairing possibilities.
