(11/2024) We are always thrilled when we find Crémants made with the level of class and finesse this 70% Chenin Blanc 30% Chardonnay blend shows. This wine is bottled with zero dosage, but fully ripe grapes and one year of lees aging yield a luscious, rounded sparkling. The fine bubbles accentuate a nose of white peach, apple, bosc pear, lemon, and a bit of brioche.
