Winemaker's Notes

(4/2025) This cuvée comes from a parcel of Chenin Blanc planted on flinty clay. The vines are between 50 and 100 years old. Hand harvested, the grapes are carefully sorted before pressing and the wine is then aged between 2 and 5 years in cask before bottling.
