(12/2025) From Clos de la Barthassade, one of our favorite producers in the Languedoc, comes this racy and delicious white blend! This kitchen-sink blend of Roussane, Chenin Blanc, and Vermentino (to name a few) works marvelously. White peach and Asian pear along with Mediterranean herbs burst from the glass, and vibrant acidity with a saline minerality lead to a mouthwatering finish.
