(11/2025) Fermented with natural yeast and aged in neutral oak “fuder” barrels, this nine-years-young German white represents Carl’s historical winemaking style at its very best! Transparent as glass, with real lift, yet amply textured as a gauzy white cloud - what a mouthfeel! Its flavors of white blossoms, peach, apricot and wet stone resonate on our palate and heart alike — this is what Riesling was like 100 years ago!
