(1/2025) Paul Froissart crafted this non-vintage beauty from Pinot Noir grown in the Grand Cru Les Chauffours vineyard. Disgorged on November 16th, 2023, and finished with a perfectly harmonious 5 g/L dosage - it pours a pale copper, medium straw color. We found wild cherry and cassis notes with a big hit of white stone minerality which were VERY expressive. A sophisticated balance of searing vibrance and decadent richness, it's quite concentrated and viscous in the glass — transfering its energy directly to your soul! This tiny production bottling, only 258 cases, is flabbergastingly amazing. Our #1 Champagne of 2024!
