(8/2025) One of the easier-drinking and charming bottlings of piquette we can remember. This one is dry and frothy, made with the pomace of mixed white and red varieties from Oregon, rehydrated and chapitalized with a little local beet sugar to inspire a dainty (7% ABV) fermentation. It might not sound the most elegant, the hot dog on the label is the inspiration for this "use everything" approach - but there's nothing fake in here. Think about a dry cider when anticipating the mouthfeel rather than a typical sparkling wine. It's light and fresh with essences of raspberry, hibiscus, black pepper and canteloupe. It's good clean fun!
