(8/2025) For lovers of Albariño or any mineral-driven whites, this wine is a must try! This wine comes from 10 organically farmed vineyard plots with vine age ranging from 25 to 45 years. There is refreshing acidity here that is wonderfully balanced by intense aromatics of lemon zest, jasmine, grapefruit, and wild thyme, all wrapped in the classic Albariño minerality and salinity we love. This is wonderful on its own and an outstanding pairing with shellfish, seafood, hard cheeses, or with lemony spinach feta pasta.
