(10/2025) From the Mediterranean with love, this salty, exotic charmer is full of personality - and far less demure than most Italian whites. Capable of withstanding the Sicilian heat, the Grillo grape here is in full-cry. Evincing a more satiny and soft texture than Sauvignon Blanc or Verdejo - but matching much of their powerful noses this organically-farmed wine screams out with notes of guava, passionfruit, preserved lemon, cantaloupe, peach and tarragon - before a salty, rocky finish. Yummy crowd-pleaser here!

(11/1/2025) The nose is savory and citrus, with aromas of preserved lemon, lime zest, crushed rocks, white peach and honey dew. The melon and stone fruit take over on the palate, but rocks and herbs preserve a savory edge which is buoyed by citrus and salinity.
