Vin Chicago: 90 Points

(7/2025) Chardonnays that reach this level of quality at this price don't come around very often, and we are thrilled to have this in house! The wine is made just outside of Limoux, France, in the Languedoc, at high altitudes at the base of the Pyrenees. The result is a beautiful balance of fruit (think lemon curd, yellow apples, and white flowers), acidity, and minerality, plus a very subtle touch of oak.
