(7/2024) The 2022 Misturado is quite fruit-driven from early on, and it's a little darker than the still unbottled 2023 I tasted next to it. It comes from the same vineyard and the same proportion as the 2021. 2022 was the driest year in the zone, and despite the warm summer, the wines are fresher than expected; they are not as ripe and warm as the 2017s. This is juicy and more immediate, but it's not hot or heavy at all. The wine is very clean and precise. They did less maceration in 2022, and it was a small crop and relatively dry; they fermented all with 100% full clusters, and it seems to have worked nicely. 600 bottles were filled from two 228-liter barrels without added sulfur in November 2023.
