(8/2025) This exciting, unique rosé is 100% Criolla Chica, which is the Argentinian name for Pais. This zero-sulfur wine is remarkably clean--we left our second bottle open overnight, and it was just as fresh and tasty as it was on day one, an impressive feat! The wine sees 256 days on the skins but also aging in clay pots, which really smooths out the finished product and balances the acidity. Red fruit notes of strawberry and raspberry abound, with citrus, peach, and a tiny dollop of creaminess.
