What We Think
Vin Chicago: 90+ Points
(8/2025) This is the second vintage of Ponte da Barca Albariño that we've featured, and we're beginning to think it's one of the best Albariño values we've tasted! From 50-year old vines growing in rocks and sand, this mineral-laced white shows notes of orange slices, peach, bay leaf, and macadamia with a leesy, citrusy finish. Yummy, and an incredibly friendly partner for the dinner table!
What Critics Think
James Suckling : 90 Points
(6/11/2025) Vivid aromas of briny seashells, nectarines and white blossoms. Fresh and lively, with a medium body and a crisp, medium-length finish. Peachy at the end, with restrained salinity that’s spot-on. Drink now.
