Vin Chicago: 91+ Points
(10/2025) We don't encounter new Chablis producers often, but we were thrilled to try the wines from Domaine de l'Enclos. Though the first vintage at the Domaine was in 2016, the wines already have a serious fan base in France; with one sniff of the juice in our glass, we could see why! This is a luscious Chablis with a richer mouthfeel than most. The ripe fruit creates a wine with loads of Golden Delicious apple, lemon curd, and a hint of nectarine.
