(11/2025) It is such a treat to taste Jura whites with a bit of age - Ludwig Bindernagel's 'BB1' is absolutely enchanting! This is a white blend with around 80% Chardonnay and 20% Savagnin. The wine possesses a remarkable balance of acidity and softness that lovers of other cult Jura wines like Labet should take note of. Flavors of roasted apple, quince, Asian pear, allspice and white flowers linger on the palate.
