(7/2024) The nose on this Piedmont gem makes your mouth water in anticipation. One swirl releases notes of fresh pear, stone fruit, melon, lemon verbena and a hint of honeycomb. A pleasantly round midpalate is buoyed by white rock and sea shell minerality with a hint of salinity. The impressive balance begs for a shellfish platter or seared halibut. Delicious!
