(5/1/2025) The white 2023 Serras del Priorat Blanc has a profile of purity and elegance, with freshness and balance. It was produced exclusively with Garnacha Blanca that achieved 14% alcohol, but it kept very good freshness. It's clean and precise, very tasty and pleasant. It matured exclusively in stainless steel. 3,900 bottles produced. It was bottled in February 2024. Drink Date: 2025 - 2030.
