(6/2025) Sixth generation farmer Marc Serguier and his son Nicolas organically farm a five hectare vineyard of 45-year-old vines. A blend of 80% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 5% Counoise, this combines classic fresh raspberry and cherry, with textbook secondary notes of clay, red rock, limestone earth enhanced by white pepper, fresh sage, thyme and red flowers. With a fresh, soft mouthfeel, this 13% ABV red is a perfect everyday red, especially during grilling season!
