(10/2025) We love the classically styled semi-sparklers from Lini, and this Rosso is a great example of what this family run property is all about. Medium ruby color with notes of cassis, dusty red berries, earth, and hints of amaro herbs with a pleasantly modest bubbly bounce. Always a fun and tasty choice for a variety of food pariings inluding BBQ, Mexican fare, and even oysters!
