Importer's Notes

This wine, a blend of 50% Merlot and 50% Pignolo, is part of the 'S' line from Radikon, which sees shorter macerations. The grapes macerate in oak vats for 8/14 days. The wine then ages in 25/35hl casks for 18 months and age in bottle for a further two months. A small amount of S02 is added at bottling. Despite its name, there is no residual sugar in this wine (ha ha, wine humor).
